We’re closing out July and heading into August, which means it’s really hot outside — and inside our kitchens! On sticky, humid days, the last thing you want to do is turn on the oven or stand at the stovetop, which is why no-cook recipes (or ones where the slow cooker does all the work for you) are where it’s at.

From marinated beans and a taco slaw, to cucumber salads and chicken sandwiches, these are the top no-heat recipes you’ve been saving this year.
