The mushrooms are rinsed and dried, then dipped whole in a mixture of beaten egg and melted butter — unless you’re planning on making it vegan or dairy-free. Then each mushroom is tossed, “shake and bake” style, in a zippered storage bag full of almond flour, ground sunflower seeds, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, parsley, and optional Parmesan.
